Picas is an image-editing app to apply gorgeous filters to your photos, similar to the popular app Prisma. The only drawback is something that also poses problems in Prisma: you can only use the filters if you have an Internet connection.
In Picas, you'll find more than 40 different filter options. Applying one is as easy as tapping the screen and waiting a few seconds for the app to do its magic. If you like how it looks, just save the pic to your device. If not, try another filter.
As usual for these kinds of apps, you can use any image saved on your device or take a photo right from the app itself. However you do it, you can use Picas to apply filters to your photos. In addition, the processing time is generally faster than with other apps of this kind.
Picas is a great image-editing app with a truly enormous selection of filters. Unfortunately, however, it has the same problem as Prisma: you can't use any of the filters unless you're connected to the Internet. And sometimes that can be a big problem.
